Let us start this day with surya namaskaar.
This is our sunrise
I like to read the poem of Sharankumar Limbale, (marathi
poet)
I do not ask for the sun and moon from your sky
Your farm your land
Your high houses or
your mansions
I do not ask for gods and rituals
Castes and sects
Or even for your mother, sisters, daughters,
I ask for
My rights as a man
Each breath from my lungs
Sets off a violent trembling
In your texts and traditions
Your hells and heavens
Fearing pollution
Your arms leapt together
To bring to ruin our dwelling places.
You’ll beat me, break me,
Loot and burn my habitation
But my friends!
How will you tear down my words
Planted like a sun in the east?
My rights : contagious caste riots
Festering city by city, village by village,
Man by man
For that’s what my rights are-
Sealed off, outcast,road-blocked, exiled.
I want my rights give me my rights.
Will you deny this incendiary state of things?
I ‘ll uproot the scriptures like railway tracks,
Burn like a city bus your lawless law
My friends!
My rights are rising like the sun
Will you deny this sunrise?

DEAR FRIENDS,
Today is the memorable day in mumbai.
The history is repeating here after 1940, in the same soil.
I am very proud to know that our fathers generation at
mumbai invited Thanthai Periyaar
At 1940 to discuss about the social justice with Dr.
Babasaheb Ambedkar and Jinnah.
It was really a gathering wind to smash congress, the media
said,
JUSTICE LEADER TO SAIL IN THE SAME BOAT WITH JINNAH AND
AMBEDKAR.
Our dharavi kaalakilla road public meeting of 07 Jan 1940,
Very important day in mubai tamizar.
In that meeting Ambedkar was the president and Periyar was
the chief guest
The interpreter
is Anna!
Today, the history is repeating again !
We invited the president of dravidar khazhagam, Mr
veeramani,
The strong pillar of social justice in India after Periyar
with us
In the same soil with Dr.Ambedkar’s followers
We know, backward class & dalith
The sutras and panchamaas
The total non Brahmins should come under one roof to fight
for the
Social justice.
This team
This conference
The scholars in the dais
It is the dream of mahatma Buhler
And the wish of Thanthai Periyar.
2500 years ago, Gauthama Buddha ,the first person to
introduce the social
equality and justice in North India. In south, the great
poet, scholar and philospher
Thiruvalluvar strong said
EVERYONE IS EQUAL BY BIRTH
PIRAPOKKUM ELLA UYIRKKUM
Saahu Maharaj, Mahatma Bhule, Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar,
Thanthai Periyar, Kanshiram..
The long list..
We all know the social history of the social justice
revolution.
It is really ashamed to India, the great democracy of the
world, to discuss on this
Subject after 65 years of Independent.
The wrongs and the consequent disabilities are historical
because they
Originated in the PAST,
But they are not the things of the past ,
They are the REALITY EVEN TODAY.
KHERLANCHI AND DHARMAPURI
Only the name of the places are different
But he reasons are same, same..
How could there be free, fair, equal competition among
unequals?
I remember Ayyaa Veeramani’s article of 2004 to Hindu paper
He said: RESERVATION IS DEMANDED AS A RIGHT
TO SET RIGHT THE WRONGS.
Reservation is the policy based on the principles of social
justice
To eradicate the continuing social injustice.
Recently while watching the Parliament session, our speaker
Meerakumar
Said< : the worlds richest persons are living in India,
How come we are poor
Country? Many are below the poverty line? I really don’t
understand this!”
She may know why it
is?
But as a politician she refused to accept the fact.
India’s natural resources are not only for Ambani and Mittal
families,
Everyone, you and me , have the right for our natural
resources..
Our parliament never open the gates for us,
We don’t have our representation
Our Indian democracy was never been ruled by 50% majority
winning votes
Of any individual parties or aligns
Candidates got less than 20% votes also become MP in India.
We realized this basic mathematic error and started campaign
for electoral
Reforms in India.
I like to say few words about Mr. Suresh Mane and Mr.
Pradeep Dhoble.
I have met Suresh Mane in the Tata institute seminar with
Black African American scholars. We all know that he is actively involved into
the political affairs and growth
Of the BSP. He is the founder of Bahujan Municipal Kamkar
Union .
He is fighting for the rights of the Mumbai municipal
workers and Mumbai
Port trust workers. He is academically superior person in
politics.
The most important fact about him is, for me, as a writer,
He is the author of 4 books.
Pradeep Dhoble, Engineer, MBA graduate.
President of OBC
Seva sangh
President of Air Corp. OBC Employees Association
And sec. Of All India federation of Backward class Employees
association.
Mr. V Kumaresan, the general secretary
Of The rationalists’ Forum, Tamil nadu.
The rationalist forum is the backbone of the social justice
Activities
It is great pleasure
to welcome u all,
The BSP Activists
Ambedkar followers
Periyaar perumthondarkaL
My karunchattai thambimaar
Dravidian movement leaders of Mumbai,
Writers, journalists
Iam thanking the team on behalf of everyone
For arranging this seminar ..
Before saying bye to
all,
I am repeating Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s address to the
Assembly on 26th Nov 1950.
ON 26TH JAN 1950, WE ARE ENTERING INTO THE WORLD
OF CONTRADICTIONS. IN POLITICS WE HAVE EQUALITY AND IN SOCIETY
INEQUALITY. IN POLITICS WE WILL BE RECONGNISING THE
PRINCIPLE OF ONE MAN ONE VOTE AND ONE VOTE ONE VALUE. BY REASON OF OUR
SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC STRUCTURE CONTINUE TO DENY THE PRINCIPLE
OF
ONE MAN ONE VALUE”
RESERVATION IS NEITHER A POLICY MATTER , A POLITICAL
GIMMICK NOR A MATTER OF CHARITY. IT IS A CONSTITUTIONAL
OBLIGATION”
Thank you.
